Each spice paste is made from fresh herbs and spices which are chopped and ground together until their juices and oils are released and form a natural wet paste that is then stir fried for a richer flavour and aroma.
There is no added MSG, preservatives or artificial colours and are GMO free. Suitable for vegetarian.
Usage:
Ideal for red curry sauce.
Preparations:
1. Boil water or unsalted chicken stock in sauce pan. Add spice paste and stir well.
2. Add Prawns and mushrooms. Bring back to boil.
3. Just before serving, season to taste. Garnish and serve hot.
Cooking Tip:
Chicken may be used instead of seafood.
Fir more intense flavours, add fresh slice of galangal, lemongrass and Haggies lime as garnish.

Thai Tom Yum Soup (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
1 packet Thai Tom yum Soup Spice Paste
4 cups (880 ml) water or chicken stock (unsalted)
250g (1/2 lb) shelled and deveined prawns, squid, mussels or cubed fish fillets.
Fresh coriander and chellies as garnish.
Line or lemon juice and soya sauce or fish sauce as optional seasoning.
Storage:
Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
