Features:

Each spice paste is made from fresh herbs and spices which are chopped and ground together until their juices and oils are released and form a natural wet paste that is then stir fried for a richer flavour and aroma.

There is no added MSG, preservatives or artificial colours and are GMO free. Suitable for vegetarian.

Usage:

Ideal for chicken curry sauce.

Preparations:

1. Heat oil in in non-Stick sauce pan. On medium low heat. Add Spice Paste and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add half of coconut milk and cook until oils appears on top.  
2. Add meat, cook for 5-8 minutes or until done.  
3. Add Balance of coconut milk and green peas or aubergine. Bring to boil. Garnish and serve hot.

Cooking Tip: Beef, Lamb, or vegetables maybe used instead of chicken.

Thai Red Curry Kaang Kiew Wan (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
1 packet Thai Green Curry Spice Paste
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups (330 ml) coconut milk or milk
350g (3/4 lb) boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
100g (3.5 oz) green peas or aubergines
Sweet basil leaves, green chilli or coriander as garnish (optional)

 

Storage:

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
