Preparation:
. Stir Kanokwan Yellow Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
• Add 200 g of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked.
Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
• Add potato, carrot and onion and wait until boiled.
Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion : 3 tsps of sugar,
1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7 days. Suitable for home freezing.
