Usage:
Use for curry.
Preparation:
- Stir Kanokwan Red Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
- Add 200 g of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked.
Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water. - Add pea eggplant, sweet basil leaf and long red chili and wait until boiled.
- Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar,
1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt).
Serve with Thai Ho Mali Jasmine rice..
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and use within 1 month.
