Preparation:

How to use Knorr Stock Cubes:
-Dissolve the cube into 450ml of boiling water.
-Add the cube directly into the dish.
-Mix the cube with a little olive oil and rub onto fish.

Recipe:

Asparagus Risotto

Fry half onion in 1 tbsp oil, stir in 160g arborio rice. Gradually add 600ml boiling Knorr stock then 200g asparagus for last 5 mins of cooking. Finish with 10g Parmesan cheese
