The secret to the great taste of Kewpie Mayonnaise is in the eggs and vinegar we use. We use the yolk of the egg and brew our own vinegar with apple and malt to create a deeper, richer mayonnaise flavour.

Unscrew the cap and completely remove the aluminum seal.
Storage:
Keep in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight and once opened keep refrigerated and use within 1 month.
Dispose of the seal then screw the cap back on tightly and refrigerate at 1~10ºC.
