Features:

Jasmin Rice is moist and soft in texture when cooked, with a slightly sweet flavour. It’s fragrance, reminiscent of Pandan and popcorn, results from the rice plant’s natural production of aroma compounds.

Suitable for vegetarian.

Usage:

Ideal for steaming, stir-fry.

Preparation:

Rinse rice with water once or twice before cooking.
Put in 1-2 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to boil.
Stir in 1 cup of rice.
Cover, lower heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
For softer rice, add more water and simmer for longer.

Store in a cool, dry place.
