Chicken Karaage is one of the most classic and
beloved dishes you can find at restaurants,
street stalls and at home in Japan. Yutaka
Chicken Karaage is first marinated with soy
sauce, garlic, ginger, then coated in corn starch
and deep fried for a satisfyingly crispy coating.
It is perfect as an appetiser, snack or side dish,
as well as for your bento box.
Usage:
Ideal as meal or snack.
Preparation:
From frozen.
Microwave: 1 mins 30 sec at 750W.
Oven: 15 mins at 180°C.
Fry: 3 mins at 180°C.
Storage:
Keep at -18°C or lower. Do not refreeze after defrosting. After defrosting keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
