Asian rice cakes are made from a combination of rice flour and tapioca starch. Chewy and light, steamed rice cakes are popular in Korean cuisine and are commonly eaten as part of tteokbokki, in a stir-fry or with gochujang.
Suitable for vegetarian.
Usage:
Use as a meal.
Preparation:
- Rinse the Rice Cakes under cold running water, and drain.
- Put red chili paste, red chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and pour water into a frying pan. Add drained rice cakes, and bring to a boil stirring well until well cooked
- Add vegetable, fish cake, and/or boiled egg for your taste.
- And enjoy delicious TTEOKBOKKI.
