Soft cheese, hard rind covered with white mold. Made from high quality fresh milk. Ripened under carefully controlled conditions, pasteurized then sealed creating a delicious long life cheese.

In practice, however, our soft cheeses made from fresh alpine milk are so delicious that they are scoffed down within a very short time. A particularly slow, regularly controlled maturing process ensures the unique taste of Camembert.
