Ideal for baking, dessert.
Directions:
1. Pour grass jelly powder into a bowl.
2. Add ( 250ml) of water and mix thoroughly till it becomes a paste.
3. Pour the rest of water ( 750ml) in a pot and boil. Turn to small flame, add grass ielly paste and mix till a smooth texture is obtained. Turn off the flame and pour into moulds.
NB: Guilling Grass Jelly must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
After cooled add honey, can fruit, red bean, soyazilk etc according to own preference.
