Preparation:

METHOD A: MICROWAVE - 800W for 45s-60s

METHOD 2: SHALLOW FRY (4-6 minutes)
Defrosting at room temperature (25 °C) around 4 hours or defrosting at fridge around 12 hours (0-7 °C). REMOVE THE PACKAGE, Brush oil on both sides, pan fry around 4-6 minutes
METHOD 3: AIR FRYER ( 190°C - 9 MIN).
BRUSH FOR OIL - PER EACH SIDE
No need defrost. REMOVE THE PACKAGE. Brush oil on both sides, fry (190°C) each side around 9 minutes.
METHOD 4: STEAM (6 minutes)
Defrosting at room temperature (25 °C) around 4 hours or defrosting at the fridge around 12 hours (0-7 °C). REMOVE THE PACKAGE, put burger into the steamer when the water boiled, steam for 6 minutes on high heat.
Storage:
Frozen.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
