A naturally-brewed ponzu, flavoured with fragrant yuzu citrus.
Made using only natural flavours and a tangy splash of Tokushima's yuzu citrus juice, Teraokaya carefully chooses how to maximise the refreshing umami taste of this traditional ponzu seasoned soy sauce. Enriched with mirin and shiitake mushroom stock to produce a light sauce with lots of savoury depth, the sweet, zesty tang of this ponzu makes its ideal to use as a dipping sauce for gyoza dumplings or yakiniku, while also offering a fruity, salty base when creating noodle or salad dressings.
