Higashimaru Light Color Soy Sauce (Usukuchi Shoyu). 

This is a full-fledged light mouth soy sauce that carefully selected raw materials are fermented and aged sufficiently, and the taste is summarised with sweet sake. It has a gentle and light fragrance, making use of the taste and original colour and scent of ingredients. Because it tastes steadily in a small amount, please use it sparingly discreetly. As well as general Japanese food, you can use it widely, such as western food and kakushi aji.
