Usage:
Use for dipping, condiment, sauce
Preparation:
1. Add 1 sachet of sauce to a frying pan with 200ml of water.
2. Once the sauce starts to boil, place your fillets in the frying pan with the skin facing upwards. Cover with a lid and simmer gently for 10 minutes over medium heat, until cooked.
3. Once cooked, remove the lid and continue cooking until the sauce reaches your preferred consistency. Remove from the pan and finish with a coating of simmered sauce, fresh rice & Japanese pickles.
