Recipe:
Kimchi Fried Rice
2 Cups Left over rice/ rice
120 g Kimchi
1 Pc White Onion “Chop” 3 Gloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Onion leeks
1 Tsp Roasted sesame seeds
Dash Salt & Pepper
Toppings:
Sunny side up egg
Onion leaks
Sauté garlic, onion, in olive oil in a pre-heated pan.
Add rice and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir-fry.
Add Kimchi and onion leaks and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add toppings and served.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
