Preparations:
Just offer a small bowl of the sesame dipping sauce to each diner alongside their portion of fresh meat and vegetables.
Cook meat and vegetables in boiling seasoned water.
Once the meat is cooked in the central hot pot, lift and dip in the sesame dressing.
Storage:
Store in a Cool, Dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated.
