Usage:
Ideal for soup, cold noodle.
Preparation:
Bring water to a boil and add udon noodle.
For cold noodle, cook for 4 miniutes then rinse in water, drain well and serve.
For hot noodle, cook for 4 minutes and rinse in warm water, drain well and serve with hot soup.
Storage:
Keep in a dry, cool place. Away from direct sunlight.
