Wang’s Katsuo Udon Bowl is a Japanese-style instant udon bowl that’s enriched with a rich tuna-flavored soup. Katsuo is the Japanese-term for skipjack tuna which is used extensively in Japanese cuisine.
Udon does as well as it should – thick with a nice chew. The broth has a sweet karuobushi flavor imparted by the base as well as the sachet of fish floss. Included vegetable flake sachet was chock full of bits and permeated the whole bowl.
With this microwavable noodle bowl, you get to enjoy authentic Japanese seafood flavors as quickly as 3 minutes.

Ingredients:
Noodle: Wheat Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Corn Oil, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid), Water.
Soup Base: bonito extract, anchovy extract, kelp, and dehydrated fishcake,
Garnish: fishcakes, kamaboko, and sweet onions

Preparations:
Boil 19 1/2 oz. of water. Add noodles, soupbase and vegetable mix. Try adding your favourite Seafoods and vegetables, Cook 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
Microwave:
Add noodles and liquid sachet to bowl. Fill to line with hot water and microwave 3 minutes (800W). Add in remaining sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Add: sesame seed, tempura, spring onion, and narutomaki for a lovely meal.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid Direct Sunlight.
