It is thinly finished by a traditional hand-rolled manufacturing method of twisting and ageing repeatedly. Boil for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, rinse well with cold water, drain off the water and enjoy with the noodle soup. Good with the topping of kimchi or umeboshi(Plum pickles).

6 invidual bundles of dried somen noodles. These hand stretched somen noodles are produced in Hyogo prefecture, in south central Japan and contain no preservatives.
Suitable for vegetarian.
Usage:
Ideal fir stir-frying, noodle soup.
Preparation:
Add the noodles to boiling water. Cook for 2 mins., then drain and wash the noodles in cold water.
Serve with pickles and dipping sauce, cold tsuyu sauce for the summer or hot dashi broth for the winter.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
