Preparation:
1 portion: Bring 450ml of water to a boil and cook noodles for 2.5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the soup sachet. Mix well. Add your choice of vegetables and meat.
Serve in a large bowl. Add various toppings such as sliced pork, beni shoga ginger, green onions, kikurage mushrooms, and boiled eggs.
