This simple and large-sized ganmodoki / Kyo Ganmo is made from tofu-based dough with carrots and sesame seeds.

Features:
This fried tofu cake called “Ganmodoki” or “Ganmo.” “Kyo-Ganmo” is the similar to Kyoto-Style variety of Gonmadoki. This item contains black sesame seeds and finely chopped carrots. Ganmo absorbs lots of liquid so the best way to cook is to put it in dashi stock and simmer until the Ganmo becomes fluffy. Also this is good for oden dish.
Usage:
Use for frying, simmer.
Preparation:
Put it in dashi stock and simmer until the Ganmo becomes fluffy.

Products maybe defrosted when arriving to customer but still in good condition to cook on the same day. However, delay with the courier and customer not being at home during the delivery can happen and we have no control over this. Frozen item can therefore only sent at 100% customer risk.
