Embutido is a type of meatloaf prepared Filipino style. Though a well known dish for the holidays, Embutido can be enjoyed everyday without any hassle

Pork Belly, Taro Leaves, Coconut Milk, Salted Tiny Shrimp, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Grass, Salt, Chili and Flavour Enhancer; Monosodium Glutamate.

Ruffled fat is not really fat nor it is an intestine, but rather a tissue. It is the connector of the internal organs to the pig’s body – which is known as a mesentery.

Usage:

Ideal as a meal.

Preparation:

1. Defrost completely in a refrigerator. Once Defrosted, Use it with in 24 hours.  

2. Heat the frying pan, add some oil, cook it in low heat.

Thoroughly cook the product prior to consumption.

Storage:

keep frozen- 18%. 
Once defrosted do not re-freeze.

Products maybe defrosted when arriving to customer but still in good condition to cook on the same day. However, delay with the courier and customer not being at home during the delivery can happen and we have no control over this. Frozen item can therefore only sent at 100% customer risk.
