Preparation:
1. Quickly pan-frying the outer part of the sausage until it turns light brown. This helps hold the mixture together.
2. Pour a cup or so of water and boil the sausage until the water complete evaporates. This is the assurance that the inner part is cooked well.
3. then finish it by frying using the remaining oil in the pan.
4. Serve the skinless pork longanisas with garlic or plain rice, pickled papaya and salted or fried eggs.
