Can also be use on marinating ground pork for Langonisa Recipe.
Usage:
Ideal for marinating meat (Slice or Ground pork).
Preparations:
Combine 1 pouch (75 g) Mama Sita’s Marinating Tocino Marinating mix. 1.1 lb (1/2 kg) meat (cut into 1/4 inch thick slices). Mix well.
Marinate for at least 1hour. Can keep in a civered container inside the freezer for a month.

Tocino (Makes 4‑5 Servings)
Marinate:
1 pouch (75 g) Mama Sita’s Marinating Tocino Marinating mix. 1.1 lb (1/2 kg) meat (cut into 1/4 inch thick slices). Mix well.
Easy Way:
Pan fry in a small amount of oil until meat has a shiny reddish-brown colour, or bake in a low heat basting frequently with the remaining marinade. Serve hot.
Traditional Way:
In a wok, cook meat in a marinade and enough amount of water to cover the meat. Bring to boil.
Lower the heat, cover and simmer until water dries up and meat starts to sizzle. Increase the heat and cook until meat has a shiny reddish-brown colour. Serve hot.
