Barbecue : (Makes 10 Barbecue Sticks):
Ingredients:
1 pouch (50g) Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix
1.1 lb (1/2 kg) meat cutlets
10 pcs barbecue sticks
Preparations:
In a bowl, sprinkle 1 pouch Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix over meat
Mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour
Thread meat onto skewers.
Grill Or pan-fry marinated meat cutlets in a little oil until done.
Serve your grilled meat dish with Mama Sita's Barbecue Sauce for dipping.
