Usage:
Ideal for frying.
Preparation:
MICROWAVE*
- Remove chopped milkfish from pack and transfer to a covered microwaveable container.
- Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
STOVE TOP
- Thaw pack under refrigeration.
- Heat 1 tsp. oil on a small frying pan.
- Saute chopped milkfish for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve on a sizzling plate if desired.
Directions were developed using 1000-watt microwaves, Microwaves vary; cooking time may ne to be adjusted.
