Baked Spaghetti
Makes 16 servings.
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup margarine
3 1/2 Tbsp garlic, crushed
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
31/2 pc chicken bouillon cube
1 pouch DEL MONTE Sweet Style spaghetti
Sauce (1Kg)
23/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 1/3 tsp salt
2/3 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti (900g), cooked
3 1/2 cup cheese, coarsely grated
7pc egg, beaten
PROCEDURE
1. Sauté garlic, onion, and chicken bouillon cubes in margarine until bouillon is crumbled. Add DEL MONTE Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce, bel pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes Mix with cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti and half of chese.
2. Arrange in rectangular (13 x9-inch) baking pan. Poureggs on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated even at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Storage:
Keep in a dry, cool place.
Refrigerate after opening.
