INGREDIENTS:
- 1-225g M.Y. San Chocolate Grahams (cr
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup instant oats
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
PROCEDURE:
1. COOK
Bring the sugar, milk and butter to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add the oats, vanillo extract and salt, then stir to combine. Cook until oats are softened and thickened. Allow to cool then stir in crushed M.Y. San Chocolale Grahams.
2. FORM
Scoop a spoonful of mixture and form into a cookie. Lit sit at room temperature for about 30 minute to cool and harden.
3. STORE
Refrigerate in a airtight container for up to 3 days.
