Usage:
Ideal for fresh spring roll dish.
Preparation:
- Take one piece of rice paper at a time.
- Dip it into warm water for 5 seconds.
- Place it on a plate.
- Add boiled seafoods or cooked meat, rice vermicelli and vegetables on the rice paper.
- Wrap it up into a roll.
- Deep fry at 175 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
