How to cook / Comment cuisine :
- Prepare 1.5L of cold water in a casserole.
- Gradually sprinkle 1 sachet of jelly powder in water and stir until dissolved.
- Heat while stirring constantly and wait until it boils, if desired and sugar to sweeten.
- Slowly pour mixture into molds and let it set.

Gelatin
1. Dissolving the gelatin and/or the agar-agar. Just follow the directions indicated in the packaging.
2. Pour the dissolved gelatin and or agar-agar in a flat container and let it cool until it solidifies.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add in the cooked and cooled tapioca pearls, condensed milk, and evaporated milk.
4. Add The cut gelatin into cubes and shredded coconut.
5. Add a drop of Pandan flavouring and mix well.
6. Served chilled and enjoy.
