This ramen has a light soy sauce based soup with katuso stock. The "tare" sauce you put in just before you eat really brings out the umami of the soup.

Preparation:
Fold the lid back to the line and empty the soup packet. Pour boiling water up to the inside line and close the lid. Wait for 3 minutes, remove lid and empty the oil packet. Stir well and served.
Do not microwave.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
