Jellyfish Salad
Instant jellyfish Packet, mix with shredded cucumber, spring onions and make a dressing with peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar.
Finally top with toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
