Features:
Fish balls are rounded meat balls made from fish paste which are then boiled or deep fried. Similar in composition to fishcake, fish balls are often made from fish mince or surimi, salt, and a culinary binder such as tapioca flour, corn, or potato starch
Usage:
Use for frying, Steaming, Soup, Snack.
Preparation:
To stir-fry: Fry fish balls using 15ml cooking oil over a
moderate heat for 4-6 minutes.
To boil: add fish balls to 500ml water and bring
to a boil. Simmer for 4 minutes, season
and enjoy!
Ensure produce is cooked thoroughly before consumption.

Frozen.
