Preparation:

Pancake Mix: To make a smooth batter.

200g + 340ml (2Cups) Water.
400g + 680ml (3+3/4 Cups) Water.
500g + 850ml (4+3/4 Cups) Water.

Optional: add vegetables, meat, seafood or kimchi.

Fry spoonfuls of batter in a hot, greased pan and cook until lightly crispy on the edges and flip. Fry until golden on both sides.
