Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 2 fried eggs (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chopped kimchi to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add cooked white rice to the skillet and stir-fry with the kimchi and onion mixture for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the skillet and stir well to combine.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through and the flavors are well combined.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and serve with fried eggs on top (optional).
